We provide standard products & tailor-made products for hot-pressed boron nitride crucibles. Except for pure BN99 crucible, we also supply BN composites with silicon carbide, calcium borate, aluminum nitride, and zirconia, to fulfill various demands of the customers. Our BN99 crucibles had been recorded to survive 3500C in inert gas. Please notice BN survives high temperatures in a vacuum, as it decomposes after 1900C. Edgetech supplies custom-made boron nitride crucibles and other machined products with a $200 MOQ. A typical boron nitride crucible set has a crucible body and a staged boron nitride lid (a lid with holes on it to balance pressure is available). Other forms could be customized with drawings. As a ceramic material, boron nitride is quite fragile in a lot of cases. Our Hot-Pressed Boron Nitride Crucible is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation. Suitable outer boxes and inner cushioning materials are used for BN products, vacuum packing is also engaged for some of the parts.
