Boron Nitride Tube, H-BN Ceramic Tubes
Boron Nitride Tubes: Superior High-Temperature Insulation Solutions

Precision-Engineered for Extreme Conditions
Our boron nitride (BN) tubes are precision-machined from hot-pressed boron nitride ceramics, offering unparalleled performance in high-temperature and electrically sensitive environments.
Key Advantages:
✔ Exceptional Electrical Insulation – With a breakdown voltage 3-4 times higher than alumina ceramics, BN tubes prevent current leakage in critical applications.
✔ Ultra-High Temperature Resistance – Stable up to 2100°C in inert gas and 1800°C in vacuum without structural degradation.
✔ Superior Thermal Shock Resistance – Rapid heating/cooling cycles won’t cause cracking, unlike conventional ceramic tubes.
Ideal Applications Include:
-High-temperature furnaces
-Plasma arc insulators
-Continuous casting ring breakers
-Electrical insulators in vacuum equipment
-Semiconductor devices
-Thermocouple protection tubes
Important Considerations:
While BN tubes excel in thermal and electrical performance, their relatively low hardness makes them unsuitable for:

✖ Abrasive or high-wear environments
✖ Applications requiring impact resistance
Why Choose Our BN Tubes?
Manufactured from high-purity hot-pressed boron nitride
Customizable dimensions for specialized requirements
Proven reliability in extreme operating conditions
For applications demanding maximum electrical insulation and thermal stability, our boron nitride tubes deliver unmatched performance where other materials fail.

Boron Nitride Tubes: Exceptional Properties for Demanding Applications
Boron nitride (BN) tubes stand out as superior engineering materials, offering unique characteristics that make them indispensable in high-performance industrial settings.
Key Characteristics:

BN Ceramic Tube
✔ Unmatched Chemical Inertness
Resists reactions with nearly all molten metals, including aluminum, copper, zinc, and steel
Non-wetting surfaces prevent the adhesion of glass, cryolite, and halogen salts
Maintains integrity in corrosive environments
✔ Superior Lubrication Properties
Natural self-lubrication reduces wear in moving assemblies
Extremely low friction coefficient (comparable to graphite)
Performs consistently across temperature ranges
✔ Exceptional Thermal Performance
Outstanding thermal shock resistance withstands rapid temperature cycling
A stable structure maintains properties at extreme temperatures
Ideal for applications requiring sudden heating/cooling cycles
Why These Properties Matter:
These combined characteristics make BN tubes perfect for:

HBN Tube Parts
Molten metal handling systems
High-temperature bearing applications
Semiconductor manufacturing equipment
Vacuum furnace components
Material Advantages Over Alternatives:
Unlike conventional ceramics or metals, BN tubes offer:
→ Better release properties with molten materials
→ Longer service life in abrasive environments
→ Reduced maintenance requirements
For engineers seeking reliable performance in chemically aggressive, high-temperature environments, boron nitride tubes deliver solutions that other materials simply can’t match.
Packing
As a ceramic material, boron nitride is quite fragile in a lot of cases. Our Boron Nitride Tube is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation. Suitable outer boxes and inner cushioning materials are used for BN products, vacuum packing is also engaged for some of the parts.
