Application
Ceramic seal rings are materials and components that prevent fluids or solid particles from leaking between adjacent critical surfaces and prevent external impurities or residues (such as dust and moisture) that are invisible to the naked eye from entering the internal parts of mechanical devices. They can be used for oil seals in hydraulic pumps and motor journals.
Packing
As a ceramic material, silicon nitride is quite fragile in a lot of cases. Our silicon nitride seal rings are carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation. Suitable outer boxes and inner cushioning materials are used for Si3N4 products, vacuum packing is also engaged for some of the parts.
