Alumina Bushing, Al2O3 Ceramic Bushing

Ceramic bushings are ceramic tubes for industrial parts. Ceramic bushings can be used with industrial parts by welding, bonding, or metal embedding. Usually, ceramic bushings are used to protect equipment components. It can reduce equipment wear, and vibration, reduce noise, and have anti-corrosion effects. It can also facilitate the maintenance of mechanical equipment and simplify equipment structure and manufacturing processes. In valve applications, bushings are installed on the valve stem to reduce valve leakage and provide sealing. In bearing applications, the use of bushings can reduce wear between the bearing and the shaft box and prevent the increase of the gap between the shaft and the hole. Edgetech provides Alumina bushings with high hardness and mechanical strength, good wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, good electrical insulation, and good corrosion resistance.

Packing
As a ceramic material, Alumina Bushing is quite fragile in a lot of cases. Our Alumina Ceramics are carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation. Suitable outer boxes and inner cushioning materials are used, and vacuum packing is also engaged for some of the parts.
