Alumina Flat Ceramic Membrane
A flat ceramic membrane is a type of ceramic membrane. It is an asymmetric membrane made of inorganic ceramic materials through a special process. The surface of the alumina flat ceramic membrane is densely covered with micropores. The permeability is different according to the other molecular diameters of the permeated substances within a certain membrane pore size range. The pressure difference on both sides of the membrane is the driving force. The membrane is the filter medium. Under certain pressure, when the feed liquid flows through the membrane surface, only water, inorganic salts, and small molecules are allowed to pass through the membrane. In contrast, large molecules such as suspended matter, glue, and microorganisms in the water are prevented from passing. Flat ceramic membranes have many advantages, such as high separation efficiency, stable effect, good chemical stability, acid and alkali resistance, organic solvent resistance, bacteria resistance, high-temperature resistance, pollution resistance, high mechanical strength, good regeneration performance, simple separation process, low energy consumption, easy operation and maintenance, and long service life.

Features of alumina flat ceramic membrane
Low cost;

Al2O3 Flat Ceramic Membrane
Inorganic ceramic membrane material, long service life;
Stable performance, no problems with broken wires of hollow fiber organic membranes and deformation of flat organic membranes;
Acid, alkali, corrosion, high temperature, oil, organic solvents, and strong pollution resistance can be used in places with harsh working conditions
Application of Al2O3 flat ceramic membrane
-Seawater desalination;
-Domestic sewage treatment;
-In industrial wastewater treatment, reclaimed water reuse MBR+RO solves the problem of abnormal RO operation caused by broken wires and membrane shrinkage of flat MBR or hollow fiber membranes.
-In the field of oily wastewater, compared with tubular ceramic membranes, flat ceramic membranes have the advantages of a large filling area, low operating cost, and low investment cost. Especially in the treatment of produced water in oil fields, the wastewater is highly corrosive, and the use of flat ceramics can solve the problem of equipment corrosion.
Packing
Alumina flat ceramic membrane uses appropriate outer boxes and internal buffer materials, and some components are also vacuum-packed.
