Silicon Nitride Electrical Insulator, Si3N4 Ceramic Electrical Insulator

Insulating ceramics refer to ceramic materials used in electronic equipment to install, fix, support, protect, insulate, isolate, and connect various radio components and devices. With low thermal conductivity and resistance to attack by many molten metals, silicon nitride electrical insulator is used in many RF heating applications. Compared to other conventional insulator materials, the Silicon Nitride Electrical Insulator has higher strength and thermal shock resistance, which is also an ideal insulator for aerospace applications. Insulating ceramics are widely used in circuit substrates, packaging, high-frequency insulating ceramics, and other industries.
Silicon nitride insulating rings used in polysilicon reduction furnace electrodes replace alumina ceramics. They have high-temperature resistance, greater strength, and much higher thermal shock stability than alumina ceramics, so their service life is extended by more than 10 times, which greatly reduces production costs, saves operating time, and reduces labor intensity.

Packing
As a ceramic material, silicon nitride is quite fragile in a lot of cases. Our silicon nitride electrical insulator is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation. Suitable outer boxes and inner cushioning materials are used for Si3N4 products, vacuum packing is also engaged for some of the parts.
